Sublet Available
Hi. I am a UGa grad student and I am looking to sublet my house for the summer. I would like to find someone from mid-May to mid-August and the dates can be flexible. I am asking for just $300 per month, which is a lot less than I pay and a very good deal for such a nice house. That includes water, electricity, internet, and basic cable. I have a roommate, who will be staying during the summer.

The house, appliances and furniture are all very new. The house has 2BR/2BA, plus a study, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The house is furnished, but I can make some room if you have your own. The available bedroom is medium/small with a private bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling, new paint, and a nice window. My roommate's bedroom is at the opposite end of the house, so you can have privacy. The house also features a fireplace, garage, deck, AC, W/D, and vaulted ceilings, in a peaceful neighborhood about a 10 minute drive north of UGa. My roommate is quiet and easy-going. We definitely want someone who is neat and clean. Roommate Wanted

Hi. I am a UGa grad student living in a nice house in Athens and I'm looking for a roommate. The house, appliances and furniture are all brand new. The house has 2BR/2BA, plus a study, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The house is furnished, except for the empty bedroom, which is medium/large with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, new paint, and 2 windows facing the back yard. My bedroom is at the opposite end of the house, so you have privacy.

The house also features a fireplace, garage, deck, AC, W/D, and vaulted ceilings, in a peaceful neighborhood about a 10 minute drive north of UGa. While I am a student, this is NOT the student slums and professionals are welcome.

I am a pretty easy-going type of guy. I plan to be pretty busy with school, but I don't want to abandon my social life completely. I am looking for someone neat and responsible. Since I own the house, if you live here, you will not have to deal with an absentee landlord or a slumlord who does not care about the property. Everything is neat and clean.
